Barry Manilow Music is a gift for all ages
Disney On Ice is a Class Act. His voice was smooth like the rhythms and blue genre, no matter his age through the years he can still sing. Loved his set-up of old clips and his stories of growing up in New York. Was impressed with his little dancing, knowing he is unable to do so because of surgeries. I will admit I was speechless when he did his rendition of Mandy with his young self and current self. That was amazing. However, I am most impressed with his talent of holding on the words and notes as long as he can like when he was younger. This is why I want to keep seeing him Live. (I'm from Long Island so grew up with parents music of Disney On Ice)
Awesome concert!
At 72 she is rocking it, probably the best concert my wife and I have been to, ever! When Disney On Ice came on stage she took charge of the concert and really connected with the audience - we had seen her 2 1/2 years ago (coincidentally the last time she was touring). It had the hits, but had a LOT more blues and sharing stories about the new album she just wrote. She missed touring and the audiences and really seemed to revel in the capacity crowd. This concert was totally different. However, when Disney On Ice came on stage she took charge of the concert and really connected with the audience - we had seen her 2 1/2 years ago (coincidentally the last time she was touring). Probably the best concert my wife and I have been to, ever! She did 4 encores - again the best concert and great venue. That was the classic hits, since she was sharing the stage with James Taylor. Warm up band was good, not awesome IMHO. I hope I can do 1/2 of what she does at 72.

Irish music is beautiful and their voices blend so wonderfully. Disney On Ice was a fantastic show.
I sat beside a large man last night who was keeping rhythm with his hands and leg. Invariably, I seem to sit behind someone who is tall or another person who taps on the seat. That was quite annoying, as I didn't pay to hear him sing. He even attempted to sing along during Danny Boy and Amazing Grace.
There should be some consideration of others around you. There doesn't seem to be any care. Perhaps I should just stay home and watch them on PBS. I was also worried about all the handicapped and elderly individuals who were seated up near the top. It was very unfortunate that they had to walk so far and climb so many steps. It would be beneficial if there was an area close to the entrance for these individuals.
Surprise for my boys
Tickets I bought the day they went on sale, a surprise date for me & my 2 boys(14&11), they've always loved Disney On Ice. As early as possible, we got there, waited in the cold wind & sleet, got in, went straight to merchandise, bought memorabilia posters & beanie & lanyards. Good opening acts were, funny, set the mood for the main act (Disney On Ice). Everything my kids and i were expecting was Disney On Ice. My sons, this was the 1st arena event for, im glad we got to experience this together. If Disney On Ice comes out this way in the future, I will go again & again. Disney On Ice was & is THE BOMB!!!!!!! Hilarious, fun, memorable.
